Our story

Hello! I’m Harley, the mumma behind Little Ducklings Boutique.

I live in the Pilbara, WA with my wonderful husband, two beautiful girls and fluffy groodle Willow! I am currently studying to become a midwife, which has been a huge dream of mine. 

I started sewing in 2012 when I decided to make my mum an apron for mothers day. I quickly found a love of creating beautiful baby pieces, and in 2014 Little Ducklings Boutique was born.

We then took on a huge project of renovating our first home which unfortunately meant the sewing machine had to be packed away. With full time jobs and never-ending to do lists, a new puppy, a wedding and then a beautiful baby girl, we had more than enough on our plates. I still loved creating things for my daughter and my passion was still there. After a long break I relaunched with my first Easter collection in March 2021.

I love retreating to my sewing room, trying new patterns with beautiful fabrics and perfecting my pieces before they are available to you. I love to support small businesses, so all of my products (if not handmade by me) are supporting another small Australian business.
